So, a few days ago I got an email from Etsy announcing their brand-new Fine Jewelry division, where buyers can sift through a plethora of hand-made and/or antique fine jewelry. Today, I took a stroll through the Antique Engagement Ring section, and here are some sparklers that caught my eye....
Art Deco Ring / Via Green Hill Jewelers
'Tis the season for kick-butt sales, apparently. Until Thursday, you can take a whopping 40% off of sale items at BHLDN, including gowns, decor, jewelry, lingerie and MORE. Here are my picks (and the UNREAL post-sale prices):
Oooo. These rings by Kristin Coffin are so delicate, feminine and interesting ---- I just LOVE the twig-inspired detail on the bands. So gentlemen, if you're looking for an engagement ring for a nature-loving lady, look no further:
When it comes to engagement rings, 9 times out of 10 I consider myself to be a minimalist who is drawn to clean, petite and pretty rings. But then there is that 1 occasion out of 10 where the perfect combination of art and decadence meet in the form of a ring that just cannot be ignored, and Cathy Watterman's amazing pieces fall into just that category. Aren't these incredible?
Lately I have been obsessing over art-deco wedding inspirations, and these rings from Erica Weiner Jewelry are just that. Wouldn't these make phenomenal engagement rings? Love.
One of the best things to come of the launch of the new Etsy-Weddings is the treasure trove of unique, handmade engagement rings and wedding bands. While I have nothing against the large diamond/jewelry retailers of the world, I think there is something wonderful and sweet about knowing that no one else in the world is wearing the same ring. Here are some of my favorite Etsy finds:
Black Diamond Ring by Kyle Anne Metals.
Vintage 1930s Ring via Ruby Grays.
Simple Ring via Sunday Owl.
